If I lived in Oslo I would be making a sauna and icy fjord dip a part of my weekly wellbeing practice. There is something so joyful about getting really hot in a traditional sauna, looking out on to the  frozen fjord, and then lowering yourself between the ice to cool off and even managing a few strokes. And it’s better when you can share it with friends or family. A sauna is a good place to think and chat.
